01 Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We consider accessibility when we design and build new features, and we review the website regularly.
02 What you can do
- navigate the whole website, including search and enquiry forms, using a keyboard
- use a screen reader. Pages use proper headings, labels and landmarks
- zoom in up to 400% without content being cut off
- turn off animations by switching on "reduce motion" in your device settings. The website will then stop its animations and moving content
- read text with good colour contrast against its background
03 Known limitations
- Some property photos have short, general descriptions and may not describe every detail of the room or view.
- Floorplans and brochures supplied by developers as images or PDFs may not be fully accessible. We can send the information in another format on request.
- The bot-protection check on our forms is provided by Cloudflare, and we don't control its accessibility. If it stops you sending an enquiry, please call or email us instead.

If you have difficulty using the website, or need property details in another format such as large print or a plain-text description, contact us on +44 20 7123 4567 or at hello@skydatasol.com. We will reply within 5 working days. We are happy to make reasonable adjustments for viewings, valuations and meetings too.
