Please put your complaint in writing, by email to complaints-realestate@skydatasol.com or by post to Skydatasol Holdings Plc, 321–323 High Road, Chadwell Heath, London RM6 6AX. Include:
- your name and contact details
- the address of the property concerned
- what went wrong, when it happened and who you dealt with
- how you would like us to put things right
We will acknowledge your complaint in writing within 3 working days. We will investigate it and send you our formal written response within 15 working days of that acknowledgement. If we need more time, we will tell you why and when to expect our response.
03 Stage 2: Ask for a senior review
If you are not satisfied with our response, write to us again and ask for a review. Your complaint will be reviewed by a director or senior member of staff who was not involved in the original matter. We will send you our final viewpoint in writing within 15 working days of receiving your request.
04 Stage 3: The Property Ombudsman
If you remain dissatisfied, you can refer your complaint to The Property Ombudsman for an independent review:
- once you have received our final viewpoint letter, or
- if more than 8 weeks have passed since you first made your complaint and it has not been resolved.
You must refer your complaint to The Property Ombudsman within 12 months of the date of our final viewpoint letter. The service is free for consumers.
