Cookie policy | Skydatasol Real Estate

01 What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in the same way. Some are essential for a website to work. Others are used for things like analytics or advertising, and those need your consent.

02 Cookies we use

Browsing our property listings and sending us an enquiry does not set any cookies of our own. The only cookies and storage used are strictly necessary:

Name	Provider	Purpose	Duration
`__session`	Skydatasol Real Estate	Keeps our staff signed in to the admin area. Only set when an administrator signs in.	5 days
`firebase:*`	Google Firebase	Local storage used during staff sign-in to the admin area.	Until sign-out
`__cf_bm`	Cloudflare	May be set by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that forms are submitted by people, not bots.	30 minutes

Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, strictly necessary cookies don't need consent. That is why we don't show a cookie banner.

03 Third-party content

Property photos are served from our image providers (Cloudinary and Unsplash) without cookies. If you follow a link to another website, such as a property portal or social network, that website will have its own cookie policy.

04 Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the cookies above won't affect browsing the website. It may stop the enquiry form's bot check or the admin sign-in from working.

05 Changes and contact

If we start using any non-essential cookies, such as analytics, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first. Questions? Email hello@skydatasol.com or read our privacy policy.
